Beeston Fields is delighted to be one of very few golf clubs to have a female PGA Professional. Natalie Clarke will be working alongside Antony Ryder within the pro shop, and teaching lessons to all ages and abilities.

"I started playing the game at 11 years old, by the age of 14 I was off a
handicap of scratch and selected to play for the England Girls and Ladies
Team, I continued to represent England right through to the age of 21.

During my amateur career, I gained 6 England caps, won many county and
national tournaments, 2 of my majors were the The Telegraph Junior
championship in Suncity South Africa and the Faldo Junior Series.

At the age of 17, I was ranked number 3 in Great Britain and Ireland,
playing full time amateur competitions .

At the age of 21 and off a handicap of plus 3, I decided to turn
Professional.

I went to the European Ladies Tour School in Spain and qualified for a
conditional tour card, unfortunately due to a serious injury requiring
surgery, I never got the chance to compete on Tour.

This is when I took the route into teaching and did my 3 year PGA teaching
degree, based at Rotherham Golf Club.

After qualifying I was headhunted to work for Peter Cowen the world number
one coach at his academy. Here I gained valuable teaching experience
watching Pete Coach some of the worlds best players.

I teach all levels of golfers from beginners to professionals and love to
watch how golfers can develop and progress.

I don't like to make the golf swing overcomplicated, I like to keep things
simple throughout the swing.

Dedication and practice is a must if you're wanting to better your game."
