April marked the start of the wedding season this year for The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields. We haven't yet blogged about The Walled Garden, so now is the perfect time to introduce the venue on the Beeston Fields blog.
Hidden behind the house is the original Victorian Walled Garden. Built shortly after the house it was a feature of its time. In 2011, the garden was restored to its former beauty and now showcases a stunning events marquee surrounded with original features in a charming Victorian garden.
The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields is predominantly a wedding venue and it attracts couple from all over the county due to the stunning surroundings. Last weekend saw the first two weddings of the year for them and it marks the start of a very busy year. The whole estate of Beeston Fields creates the perfect event location; the refurbished historic clubhouse caters to everything from small conferences in our Mitchell room, to parties up to 150. The house is also a stylish contemporary venue for more intimate weddings with a stunning view. The garden is the other half of the estate that has been beautifully restored and refurbished this year with a new bar, carpets and toilets.
The Walled Garden staff are now prepared for a busy wedding season!
