On Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th September, we held relaunch evenings following the refurbishment of the clubhouse this Summer.
Monday evening was a "members and friends of Beeston Fields" champagne reception and Tuesday evening was a networking event for businesses.
Both evenings ran like clockwork and we have had some fantastic feedback from each event. The champagne reception was held between 6pm-8pm, with an arrival drink, a harpist, cheese boards and canapes. We had over 150 people enjoy the atmosphere and managed to get through over 400 canapes and 60 bottles of bubbly!
Tuesday evening was split between the clubhouse and The Walled Garden. Upon arrival at the clubhouse, there was a registration desk in the foyer where attendees entered our prize draw and collected an itinerary for the evening. From 6pm-7pm the clubhouse entertained guests with a harpist, canapes and welcome drink, wine tasting and a caricature artist. Each business was also taken on a house tour to view all of the facilities.
At 8pm, everyone was then walked over to The Walled Garden, where they were greeted with an arrival cocktail and mini starter canape. They were then given a tour of the gardens followed by an ice cream from our very own ice cream tricycle. Guests were then seated ready for the taster pots, whilst enjoying the acoustic sounds of Just Ben.
The evening was rounded off perfectly with the raffle being drawn with the chance to win one of five prizes, including a weekend driving experience!
A huge thank you goes out to all that attended the events and the staff who helped the evenings run so smoothly.
