As its now December, this means that we are serving our Festive Afternoon Tea every day throughout the whole month! 

We want to share with you our Beeston Fields recipe for Traditional Chocolate Brownies in celebration of the festive month. Get together with family and make your very own Brownies in time for the celebrations. 

Traditional Brownie Recipe

What you will need:

200g Dark Chocolate Callets

175g Unsalted Butter

325g Caster Sugar

130g Plain Flour

3 Eggs

Icing Sugar to Decorate

Method

Preheat oven to 165C. Put chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl and melt over simmering water.

Remove from heat. Add sugar and stir well. Proceed to add flour and stir well again. Mix in the eggs until thick and smooth.

Spoon mixture into a shallow tray and bake for 25 minutes. Dust with icing sugar to decorate.
